Return & Refund Policy
At GenYug Fashions, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the nature of customized and fashion products, certain conditions apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Orders once placed can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. After shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted. GenYug Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, technical errors, suspicious transactions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where:
- The customer receives a damaged product
- The wrong product is delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery along with proper photo or video proof of the issue. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Customized, personalized, limited-edition, or specially printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in damaged or defective condition.
Refunds, if approved after inspection, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
GenYug Fashions reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
